The experienced veterinary team on EverPal can treat sick/urgent, non life-threatening conditions, including common conditions and symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, skin issues, ear infections, eye infections, anxiety, joint pain, coughing, behavioral, itching, diarrhea, diet & nutrition, ear health, flea & tick, and hair loss, as well as chronic conditions and symptoms such as allergy, arthritis, hyperthyroidism, cushing's syndrome, and more. We do not provide care for life threatening emergencies. If one of the following occurs, proceed immediately to the nearest veterinary Emergency Hospital.

It's simple. First, you find a time that works best for you to consult with a licensed vet over a video consultation. During the visit, our veterinarian will go through your concerns about your pet in details. If the veterinarian determines further testing is medically sound, you can stop by your nearest EverPal Dx Center or have our Veterinary Technician come to your home to collect your pet's sample. After you receive the testing result, our vet will call to go over the results and discuss treatment plan with you. You can also check our How it Works page.

They take the time to listen, understand your pet's unique needs, and explain multiple treatment options. Additionally, you won't need to worry about taking notes during the consultation—our team provides detailed medical notes after each consultation.
